Q. How do I apply for a position?
After browsing the list of VACANCIES, on hot job click on the suitable position or click on read more button at the middle of the Home page that describes the position you desire to apply. After that you may send your CV by mentioning post name on the subject line & send your CV /Resume across on our mail ID i.e. career@stiganindia.comalong with your Current CTC, Expected CTC, Preferred Location, Total Experience, Notice Period details.
Q. What if I do not have a current resume?
We recommend that you either prepare a current resume or else call us on our office numbers to talk with our representative. HE/She shall assist you on this.
Q. How do I know that my resume has been received?
Unfortunately the only feasible way to confirm the receipt of your resume is via auto-reply; however, because this method risks breaching your confidentiality, we have elected not to use it. But you may call on our board numbers to acknowledge its receipt.
Q. What happens after I send my resume to you?
A Specialist Desk consultant will review your resume and will contact you if you are found to be an eligible candidate.  If you are not suitable for the vacancy, your resume will be retained in the data bank for future reference.
Q. Should I call to follow up on my application?
Our consultants' productivity is highest when they can devote maximum focus on your goals and needs. To achieve the best and fastest result, Stigan will call every applicant who meets our clients' criteria, so applicant need not make any follow-up calls.
Q. How long does the recruitment process take?
The length of the recruitment process is impacted by several issues, the first of which is the clients' deadline (although this is usually be adjusted to accommodate the availability of the best qualified candidate). Placement for local vacancies can be immediate or take up to two months. International recruitment usually sees the candidate placed in between three to four months. Visa applications and the attestation of certificates (educational credentials) can slow the process down tremendously, so please ensure that all your documentation is in order.
Q. Should I apply if my salary expectation is more than what you have advertised?
Yes. Because salary is usually "suggested", it can vary depending on the kinds of skills and the experience that a candidate can bring to the position. Please mention your income expectations, and provide us with a justification so that we can evaluate your resume with all information in mind.
Q. Are there any registration fees involved?
 Stigan charges no registration fees.
Q. What are my chances of gaining employment through your organization?
Stigan is a search and recruitment consultancy whose specialty is identifying the best candidate for a job (rather than finding the best job for a candidate, as personnel agencies do). Our focus is on our clients' requirements. We are committed to updating our databases continuously, and therefore, welcome application from candidates whose areas of expertise coincide with our Specialist Desk recruitment philosophy.
Q. Do I get a registration number?
No, Stigan does not administer registration numbers.
Q. How often is your list of VACANCIES updated?
We update the VACANCIES list daily.
