TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To avail of our services you need to e-mail all requirements with your company profile at ashu.mahendru@stiganindia.com, ritika.mahendru@stiganindia.com or by courier at our office. It will be your acceptance on all our terms and conditions if you send us your requirements by e-mail / courier / post.

The recruitment and placement service are provided by Stigan Staffing Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd. to the company (employer) on the following terms and conditions.

A. WE SHALL PROVIDE YOU:
1. Manpower required at each Position Level: Junior, Middle and Senior, as per:
a. Job specifications provided.
b. Job description provided.
c. Any special skills required etc.
B. REPLACEMENT ASSSURANCE:
Our services also include the replacement of the selected candidate, without any charge, in case any selected candidate resigns within a period of 3 months from his / her date of appointment.
C. OUR CHARGES SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
(I) SERVICE CHARGES
8.33% of the annual CTC for Junior level positions.
10% of the annual CTC for Middle level positions.
12.57% of the annual CTC for Senior level positions.
(II) REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES
a. For interview of outstation candidates, all expenses at actual to be borne by the organization for which prior consent shall be taken by consultants.
b. In case the Employer wishes to advertise the vacancies in Newspapers/Magazines, Employer will bear the cost, for consultants shall take that prior consent.
D. GST
Additional GST @ 18% (as applicable) will be charged on the invoice amount.
E. PAYMENT TERMS
Our payment must be cleared right after successful completion of 30 days from the date of joining of the candidate.
F. MISCELLANEOUS:
1. We shall screen the candidates & their reference checks as per the guidelines.
2. Our sourcing time will be of 24-48 hours.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY: In order to provide an efficient service we will maintain absolute confidentiality with regarding your and our activities unless authorized by you in writing.
4. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY: All recruiting engagements conducted by us for your company will be performed without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, veteran status or other unlawful factors.
G. JURISDICTION
This agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
H. VALIDITY
A duly countersigned copy of this letter will constituent a valid contract between you and Aayush and will be valid till terminated by either party.
You are requested to sign a copy of this letter in token of your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
